6 years later I am glad that i found your Channel!😀I'm looking at a 2018 Sportster 48 on Friday this week. I've never considered a HD before until I saw a friends hot-rodded 48 and fell in love with it's looks! Cannot wait to swing my leg over it and hopefully become it's second owner. I 've difficulty to choose between this two HD : Simplicity, efficacy, and good pricey for the streetrod Efficacity, power, torque, handling, fun for the roadster . But could you help me on two question I'm asking myself : - does the suspension of the Roadster be really firm, or are they still confortable ? - Is the saddle height of the sportster usable to get flat foot, for a man height of 5"6 ( 1m70 ) ? - Could it be a good beginner bike ? but Europe restriction on rpm on the sportster so that could be your issue America gets 6200rpm

if you are losing on a 1200 sportster to a lowrider s you need a rider mod it's faster

I know that this is a very light piece of engineering. It's simply called a good motorcycle, Harley Davidson. I have previously liked Triumph Thunderbird Motorcycles as well as Indian Motorcycles, when I was a younger lady, I am 62 years old now and recently recovering from cancer and depression, anxiety attacks, so to speak. ❤😂😢😮😅🎉

I have a 2018 lowrider, the seat and bars had to go. I put 14 inch apes on her and a new seat and I'm very happy. Great lookin bike btw.

I am quite interested in Fat Boy S but not comfortable with that much scraping. It just doesn't sound good to me.

You could do with top fork covers (in black) and bronze timing cover,clutch cover air filter, and other accents over the bike pegs shift and brake. Will all go with the gold nicely

Love the 1200 superlow wheels! They are quite sexy, and the 17 inch rear wheel allows for some really nice sport bike tires!

Just sold my Triumph Thunderbird and bought a 2019 Fat Boy 114, the Thunderbird was my first Cruiser, been riding a Ninja ZX-12 for years, this Fat Boy is awesome, I am taking longer rides now, the Thunderbird road nice as well, but this Fat Boy 114 is the last bike I will ever have, Harley-Davidson did a great job on this bike.

Love that look. Always a fan of fat tyre bikes. I think a 240 Sportster '48 and a 300 VRod are right up there for dream bikes for me.

My Forty-Eight Special isn't my first bike, but it is the first bike that my 5'4-self can plant both feet flat on the ground at the same time lol. love taking it all around town on the parkways!

I had and miss my 2015 nightrod. It had slipons that mimicked HD sound brands famous for, bike was otherwise stock. Reclines at 9000 and l like the forward controls. IMO best Harley made

Hey question idk if I’ll get a response but I need one haha what headers do you have on that thing? And how did u get them to fit on yoshimura muff? I think they run 2 1/4 inlet and stock Fxdr is like 3 inch I believe
